Which massage should you choose?

• سويدي (from AED 165): relaxing, light to medium pressure. Best for a first massage or for stress.
• الأنسجة العميقة (from AED 230): firm, slow pressure for knots in the neck, shoulders and back.
• تايلندي (from AED 230): stretching and rhythmic pressure for stiffness and flexibility.
• رياضي (from AED 230): recovery work after training.

What happens when the therapist arrives

The therapist sets up a clean massage table, fresh linens, oils and quiet music in the room you choose. They ask a few quick questions about injuries, pressure and areas to avoid, then start. You can ask for lighter or firmer pressure at any point. When the session ends they pack everything away, and you are already home.

Booking a male therapist

Men’s massage is done by a male therapist at your home or hotel room. You can also choose a female therapist when you book, and the price is the same. Say which you prefer in your WhatsApp message.

How to prepare

Choose a quiet room with space for a massage table. Dim the lights, keep the air conditioning a degree or two warmer than usual and put your phone on silent. Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before the session, and keep water or herbal tea ready for afterwards.

After your session

Drink water and keep the rest of the evening easy. Mild soreness for a day or two is normal after deep tissue or sports massage. If something feels wrong, tell your therapist during the session rather than afterwards.

Who should not book

Massage is not suitable in every situation, for example with a fever, a recent injury, certain skin conditions or an unresolved medical issue. If you have a medical condition, speak to your doctor first and tell us when you book.

How often should you book?

For desk stiffness or regular training, every two to four weeks keeps muscles loose. For a specific problem, weekly sessions for a few weeks often work best, and your therapist can suggest a schedule.
