These terms apply to bookings made with Zigy Spa for home spa, massage and salon treatments in Dubai.

Our service
A trained therapist or beautician comes to your home, villa, apartment or hotel room with the equipment needed for your treatment. We are open daily from 9am to 11pm.
Booking
Book by WhatsApp or phone. Same-day slots are available when you book at least 2 hours ahead. A booking is confirmed once we confirm the time and address with you.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site include 5% VAT. A service fee of AED 9 is added to each booking. Payment is by card.
Your space
Please provide a quiet room with enough space for the treatment, and a safe place for the therapist to work. A therapist may decline or stop a session if the setting is unsafe.
Health and suitability
Tell us before the session about any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, allergy or skin sensitivity. Treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical treatment. If you are unsure whether a treatment suits you, check with your doctor first.
Conduct
All sessions are professional. We will end a session at once if a therapist is treated inappropriately, and no refund is due in that case.

Liability
We take care in everything we do, but we are not liable for loss or damage that results from information you did not give us or from you not following the therapist’s advice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer law.
