Booking in Downtown
Downtown buildings — the Boulevard towers, Burj Views, South Ridge, The Residences, Old Town and the hotel residences around the Dubai Mall — almost all operate a managed concierge rather than a simple security desk. In practice that means the therapist will be held at reception unless you have told the concierge to expect a visitor. Please do that when you book rather than when they arrive; it is the single most common cause of delay in this area.

What gets booked here
Downtown splits between residents in the Boulevard towers and a steady stream of visitors in serviced apartments and hotel residences. Visitor bookings skew to Swedish and to late evening after a day out; resident bookings skew to deep tissue. Old Town apartments in particular tend to be generously sized, so couples massage is more workable there than in the Boulevard high-rises.
