Booking in Jumeirah
Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3 and Umm Suqeim 1, 2 and 3 are almost entirely low-rise villas, many of them large and older, with a scattering of newer apartment blocks along Jumeirah Beach Road and Al Wasl Road. For us that means very few of the access problems that come with tower living. The main thing to tell us is which villa gate or street entrance to use, since numbering along the back streets can be inconsistent.

What gets booked here
Two things stand out. Couples massage is far more practical here than in most of Dubai, because villas routinely have a room that takes two tables and the required four metres by three. And because Kite Beach and the Jumeirah running track sit on the doorstep, sports and deep tissue bookings tied to training are noticeably more common than the city average — usually a day or two after a hard session rather than immediately after.
