Booking in Deira
Deira is largely older mid-rise apartment buildings, and two practical points follow from that. Lifts in the older blocks around Naif, Al Rigga and Salahuddin Road are often small and occasionally out of service, so tell us the building name and floor when you book — the therapist is carrying a folding table and several flights of stairs is better known in advance. Second, addresses in Deira are frequently given by landmark rather than street, which works fine, but a building name plus the nearest metro station or landmark saves time.
